APRIL ART EXHIBIT

April 4, 2024 - April 30, 2024
Opening Reception: April 12, 5-7pm
Our April Exhibition celebrates the arrival of spring and the explosion of color. We invited artists Matt Crinkley, Kayla Reische, and Theresa Redmond to explore the realms of Bright Colors, Abstraction, and the essence of Spring. This exhibition showcases creativity, experimentation with bold palettes, and a deep dive into the world of abstract expression.

Join us every month for art classes, workshops, and more for ages 6 years to 106. We offer scholarships and discounts.

Pints & Prints

AMB (Appalachian Mountain Brewery, Boone) April 305 pm - 7 (or until activity dies down)
Join us for a night of delicious beer and printmaking! We will have a variety of block prints and screen prints for you to make greeting cards, posters, t-shirts, and totes!
Help us raise money, drink beer, and make art!
Make a T-shirt $20
Make a Tote - $10
Make Greeting Cards and Posters - by donation.
This April, WAC will receive $1 for every pint of passion fruit, orange guava, wheat ale (POG for short). We will receive $1 for EVERY pint sold the day of our pint night, April 30th!

As the NC Arts Council’s designated county partner, we administer federal and state funds that are designated for the arts in Watauga County. Our two main grants are the Artist Support Grant and The Grassroots Grants.
