YOU DO NOT have to participate in Boonetoberfest or Octoberfest-themed festivities to be included in the fest. You can sponsor the fest or offer gifts for the raffle or the participating artists and performers.

4th Annual Buskers Fest
Friday, October 5th
A celebration of our diverse creative community.
Launched in 2021, this event was a testament to our commitment to supporting the arts through the hardship of the pandemic and encouraging artists of all mediums to share their talents with the community.
Today, it is a beloved tradition, an evening festival that ushers in the fall. Hundreds of creatives line the streets, performing, demonstrating, selling, and creating art, a First Friday art crawl like no other in Downtown Boone.

Boonetoberfest
Saturday, October 5
An Oktoberfest and German-themed, business-to-business festival on Saturday that provides an opportunity to encourage foot traffic to our downtown businesses and offers another chance to support local artists by allowing the Buskers to stay an extra day. Artists and performers will add to the festive feel of Boonetoberfest. We are encouraging them to do something German-themed as well.

To encourage patrons to explore all the businesses in downtown Boone, we will create a physical "passport” card with the logos and info of all participating restaurants and businesses.

We ask all participating businesses to provide a prize for our raffle/passport program.

  • Participating businesses will receive Oktoberfest flags to hang on their doors!

  • Businesses will receive stickers to “stamp” Boonetoberfest Passports!

We encourage you to unleash your creativity for these events. . The more diverse the offerings, the more attractive the event will be to patrons.

Boone Fall Fest!
Two fests in one Weekend!

We need sponsorships to help WAC cover the effort and resources required to organize this event and raise money to support our mission.

Sponsorships will also increase your visibility at the festival. 
Any business that donates a prize for the raffle will be added to the raffle description and list of prizes, and the company will be thanked online. Your prizes could be used to promote the raffle.

If you are not a Downtown Boone Business and would like to sponsor or contribute a prize for less than $350, we will highlight your gift in the list of raffle items on the page and when we post on SM. For gifts of $150 or more, your logo will also be added to our sponsor’s section of the event page.
